Tax and customs charges vary depending on the buyer's country. It is recommended to check before ordering. Tax exemption is provided between the European Union and Turkey thanks to the A.TR circulation certificate; this is added to the customer's file when the product is shipped. However, after our company completes the necessary procedures, the tax situation is entirely the responsibility of the buyer and their own country.

Most products are unassembled. Assembly may be required for some custom designs; this information will be indicated on the product page.

Concrete and ceramic surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth. A mild cleaning agent is sufficient for metal parts.

Very slight color variations may occur on concrete surfaces depending on UV light and usage conditions. This is a natural process and part of the product's texture.

Ceramic surfaces are water-resistant. In case of water stains, simply wipe with a damp cloth. For cleaning grout, avoid heavy-duty cleaning agents.
Chemicals are not recommended; mild cleaning products should be used.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days. Returns are not accepted outside of these circumstances, as the products are custom-made.

After the damage assessment process is complete, the product's condition is evaluated. In most cases, the product is replaced free of charge with a new one. If necessary, it is remanufactured.

Inspect the box in front of the delivery person upon receipt of the product. If the box is damaged, have a damage report drawn up. If the product is damaged after opening the box, create documentation with photos and videos before removing the product from the box and contact us. Please do not throw away the damaged box, as the shipping company may come to inspect it. We will prepare a damage report and provide a solution.

Products are protected with layered packaging, especially for shipments outside of Istanbul and internationally. Custom-sized protective boxes are prepared for each order. You can view images of packaged products on the product pages.

Yes, you can visit our workshop in Istanbul by appointment.

Product photos reflect the actual products; they were only taken in well-lit conditions. Some images were created using artificial intelligence and have an icon in the bottom right corner. However, the actual product can still be seen on that product page.
