Each piece is handmade and can be made in your preferred size and color. If you have a specific size or color in mind, let us know – we will create it just for you. Production time may vary depending on the customization details.

• For shipments to the United States, all applicable taxes, tariff and duties are covered. No additional taxes, customs fees, or shipping charges will be requested upon delivery.
• For shipments to the European Union, shipments are exempt from customs duties under the Customs Union agreement between Türkiye and the European Union. An A.TR movement certificate is provided to ensure this exemption. The buyer is responsible for completing local procedures upon arrival. VAT is not included and may be charged by local authorities upon delivery.
• Production time is 3–4 business weeks. Deliveries to Europe are made by road and typically take 1–2 business weeks. Deliveries to the United States are made by air freight and usually take 4–7 business days.

• Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. As all products are made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted after this period.
• All items are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during shipment. Returns are not accepted if the product is delivered without damage.
• Minor grout chipping is excluded from replacement; a grout repair kit is included, and our team is happy to assist you with the repair.
  For any damage beyond minor grout chipping that occurs during transportation, your product will be reproduced and shipped to you free of charge after inspection.
